Before the internet was the backbone of every business, Mike spent 8 years at a $1 Billion Global Data Communications Company in Annapolis, MD — holding roles across Network Operations, Customer Support, Program Management, and Business Development.
In 2005, he founded YourWebGuy in Severn, MD, combining deep technical knowledge with real-world business acumen. In 2014, he relocated headquarters to Port St. Lucie, FL, where the agency has continued to grow its national client base.
Today, with 20+ years of internet marketing under his belt, Mike leads strategy across every account — from GEO and SEO to Google Ads and web design. He's personally involved in every client relationship from day one.

Ashton graduated as valedictorian — and he's carried that same standard of discipline and performance into his professional career. With hands-on experience in both sales and operations, he brings a results-focused mindset to everything he touches.
Before joining YourWebGuy, Ashton worked at Zing My Order as a Salesman and Project Manager, driving client growth and overseeing project execution from kickoff to delivery. At ADT, he developed expertise in consultative sales and relocation management, building a reputation for seamless transitions and high client satisfaction.
At YourWebGuy, Ashton is the operational backbone. He manages day-to-day client communications, project timelines, and execution — so nothing falls through the cracks and every deliverable lands on time.
